These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of withrovrr.com and the services, features, tools, and content made available through Rovrr (collectively, the “Platform”).
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, including the provisions relating to payments, subscriptions, refunds, cancellations, and use of the Platform. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law to use the Platform.
By creating an account or using the Platform, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet the eligibility requirements applicable to the services you use.
2. Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information where reasonably necessary.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity carried out through your account.
You must notify us promptly at support@withrovrr.com if you become aware of unauthorized access to or use of your account.
You may not create or maintain multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing Platform limits, token restrictions, subscription restrictions, or other applicable controls.
3. Description of Services
Rovrr provides technology-enabled tools and services designed to support users in their independent job-search activities.
Depending on the features available to you, the Platform may allow you to:
- Discover and evaluate employment opportunities
- Receive job recommendations based on your profile and preferences
- Create or improve resumes, cover letters, and other application materials
- Build and maintain a professional profile
- Track and organize job applications
- Access career-related insights and guidance
- Participate in AI-powered interview practice and screening sessions through Ayla
- Access other AI-assisted and job-search related features introduced on the Platform from time to time
The availability, functionality, limits, and pricing of individual features may vary and may be described on the relevant Platform page.
Ayla
Ayla is Rovrr’s AI-assisted interview and practice system. Ayla may conduct voice-based conversations and generate evaluation reports, feedback, scores, and other outputs based on information provided during a session.
Ayla’s outputs are generated using automated systems and are intended to provide guidance, practice, and insights. They should not be treated as professional, legal, employment, or hiring advice.
Rovrr does not guarantee that information, evaluations, recommendations, or other AI-generated outputs will be accurate, complete, error-free, or suitable for every individual situation.
No Employment Guarantee
Rovrr is a technology platform that provides tools and information to support a user’s independent job search.
Rovrr is not an employer, recruitment agency, staffing agency, or placement agency and does not guarantee employment, interviews, selection, hiring, salary, or any particular employment outcome.
4. Tokens, Subscriptions, and Payment
4.1 Token-Based Purchases
Certain features of the Platform may require tokens.
Tokens are sold in packs as described on the applicable Pricing page. Once successfully purchased and credited to your account, tokens do not expire unless otherwise stated for a particular promotional or limited-use product.
Tokens may be used only for the features and services for which they are made available and may be subject to the applicable usage limits or functional scope displayed on the Platform.
Tokens have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account unless expressly permitted by Rovrr.
4.2 Job Card Subscription
The Rovrr Job Card may be offered as a recurring monthly subscription service.
The applicable subscription price, included features, billing frequency, and other material terms will be displayed on the Platform at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, a Job Card subscription may automatically renew for successive billing periods until cancelled.
You may cancel future renewal of the subscription in accordance with the cancellation options provided on the Platform.
Cancellation of a subscription will generally prevent the next renewal charge while allowing access to eligible subscription benefits until the end of the already-paid billing period, unless otherwise stated for the relevant product.
4.3 Payment Processing
Payments on the Platform may be processed through authorized third-party payment service providers, including Cashfree Payments and other payment processors that Rovrr may use from time to time.
By completing a purchase, you authorize the applicable payment service provider to process the transaction using the payment method selected by you.
Rovrr is not currently registered under the Goods and Services Tax (“GST”) law, so no GST is charged and the price displayed is the total amount payable. If Rovrr becomes registered under GST, displayed prices will include applicable GST and a GST tax invoice will be issued for each purchase. The final amount payable is always shown before you complete a purchase.
You may also be subject to the terms and policies of the applicable payment service provider.
4.4 Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by Rovrr’s Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Before completing a purchase, you should review the applicable product description, pricing, subscription terms, and Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Unless a refund is expressly available under the applicable Refund and Cancellation Policy or required under applicable law, purchases of digital services, tokens, credits, and other digital products may be non-refundable once the relevant service or digital value has been delivered or made available.
4.5 Limited Refund — Auto-Renewed Subscriptions
Where a Job Card subscription has automatically renewed and the corresponding renewal-period service has not been used, you may request consideration for a refund of that specific renewal charge.
To request such a refund:
- The request should be submitted to support@withrovrr.com within fifteen (15) calendar days of the relevant renewal charge
- The service corresponding to the renewal period must not have been accessed or materially used
- The request must relate to the most recent renewal charge
Any eligible refund will be reviewed in accordance with the applicable Refund and Cancellation Policy and, where approved, will be processed through the applicable payment method.
Refund processing timelines may vary depending on the payment processor and banking systems involved.
Token purchases are generally non-refundable once tokens have been successfully credited to the User’s account, except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly provided in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
5. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
If you have a question, complaint, or dispute concerning a payment, we encourage you to first contact our support team at support@withrovrr.com so that we can investigate the transaction and attempt to resolve the issue promptly.
Where appropriate, we may request relevant transaction information to investigate a payment issue.
Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising any rights available to you under applicable law or from contacting your bank, card issuer, payment service provider, or other authorized dispute-resolution channel where appropriate.
Where a payment dispute or chargeback is raised, Rovrr may provide relevant transaction records and other information to the applicable payment processor for the purpose of responding to or resolving the dispute.
Fraudulent or abusive payment activity, including unauthorized attempts to obtain services, tokens, refunds, or other benefits, may result in account restrictions or termination and may be reported to the relevant payment provider or authorities where appropriate.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information through the Platform
- Use the Platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, interfere with, or compromise the Platform
- Scrape, copy, harvest, or systematically extract Platform data through unauthorized automated means
- Interfere with the security, availability, or proper functioning of the Platform
- Misuse, manipulate, or attempt to circumvent the intended operation of Ayla
- Attempt to extract confidential system prompts, security controls, or other protected components of Ayla or the Platform
- Circumvent token, subscription, account, or feature limits through unauthorized means
- Use another person’s account or payment method without authorization
- Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit Platform features or digital services without our prior authorization
Violation of these provisions may result in restriction, suspension, or termination of access to the Platform.
Where access is terminated due to fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, or material violation of these Terms, refunds may be restricted to the extent permitted by applicable law and the applicable Refund and Cancellation Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
The Platform, including its software, design, interface, branding, text, graphics, databases, AI systems, features, and other original content, is owned by or licensed to Rovrr and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of content that you submit to the Platform, including your resume, profile information, and other materials you upload.
You grant Rovrr a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process and use content you submit solely to the extent reasonably necessary to:
- Provide the services and features requested by you
- Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Platform
- Generate requested application materials, recommendations, evaluations, or other outputs
- Detect fraud, abuse, and security issues
- Comply with applicable legal obligations
Where information is used for analytics, research, or system improvement, we may use aggregated or de-identified information where reasonably practicable.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of your resume, profile, or other user-created content to Rovrr.
8. Disclaimers
THE PLATFORM AND ITS SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
Rovrr does not warrant that:
- The Platform will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free
- Job information or third-party opportunity information will always be complete, current, or accurate
- Any job opportunity will remain available after being displayed on the Platform
- AI-generated content, recommendations, evaluations, or application materials will be accurate, complete, or suitable for every purpose
- Use of the Platform will result in an interview, job offer, employment, promotion, salary increase, or any other particular outcome
Job opportunities and related information may originate from third-party sources. Users are responsible for reviewing the relevant opportunity and employer information before applying or making employment-related decisions.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ROVRR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rovrr’s total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to Rovrr for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
10. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rovrr and its applicable representatives, employees, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising directly from:
- Your material violation of these Terms
- Your unlawful use of the Platform
- Your unauthorized use of another person’s account or information
- Your infringement of another party’s intellectual property or other rights
- Your fraudulent or abusive use of the Platform
This section does not apply to the extent that a claim results from Rovrr’s own unlawful conduct, negligence, or other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Platform at any time and may delete your account using the account-deletion functionality available through the Platform, subject to applicable retention requirements described in our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform where reasonably necessary, including where:
- You materially breach these Terms
- You engage in fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, or unlawful activity
- Your use creates a security or operational risk
- Suspension or termination is required by applicable law or a lawful request
- You attempt to circumvent Platform security, payment, token, or subscription controls
Where reasonably practicable, we may provide notice before termination. Immediate suspension may be necessary in cases involving fraud, security risks, unlawful activity, or material harm to the Platform or other users.
Termination does not affect rights or obligations that by their nature should survive termination, including provisions relating to payments, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Subject to any mandatory rights or remedies available under applicable law, disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India.
13. For Businesses
Rovrr provides separate tools and services for employers, recruiters, hiring professionals, and other Business Users.

14. Amendments
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, features, technology, legal requirements, or business practices.
Where material changes are made, we may provide notice through email, the Platform, or another prominent notice, as appropriate.
The updated Terms will indicate the applicable “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Platform after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
