1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

• Name, email address, phone number, date of birth (where required), and location
• Resume/CV content, employment history, educational qualifications, and skills
• Profile preferences, including target roles, salary expectations, and target markets
• Account credentials and authentication information
• Payment and billing information necessary to process purchases

1.2 Information Collected Through Ayla (AI Voice Interviews)

When you participate in an Ayla interview or practice session, we collect:

• Audio recordings of the session
• Transcripts generated from those recordings
• Voice data processed solely for speech-to-text and conversational AI purposes
• AI-generated evaluation reports, including scores and behavioural observations
• Session metadata, including duration, date, role applied for, and completion status

You will be notified prior to the commencement of any Ayla session that the session is being recorded.

1.3 Information Collected Automatically

• IP address, device and browser information, and operating system
• Pages visited, time spent, and interaction patterns
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 9)
• Approximate location derived from IP address

1.4 Information From Third Parties

• Where you sign in via Google or similar authentication providers, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture as authorized by you
• Payment confirmation data from our payment processor, Razorpay

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

1. Operate the Platform, including creating and managing your account and matching your profile to relevant opportunities
2. Generate application documents and conduct Ayla interview sessions
3. Process transactions, including token purchases and Job Card subscriptions
4. Communicate with you, including opportunity alerts, billing notices, and service updates
5. Analyze usage patterns and train, refine, and improve our AI matching and evaluation systems
6. Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or violation of our Terms of Service
7. Comply with applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023

3. Disclosure of Your Information to Employers

By creating a profile and indicating your availability for specific roles and markets, you expressly consent to your profile — including your name, contact information, resume, AI match score, and (where applicable) Ayla evaluation report — being made visible to Business Users on business.withrovrr.com whose role requirements match your profile, subject to the limits of that Business User's subscription plan.

You may modify your visibility preferences or deactivate your profile at any time through your account settings. Such modification will limit further disclosure on a prospective basis; disclosures already made prior to such modification cannot be retracted.

4. Sharing of Information With Third Parties

We do not sell your personal information to any third party. We disclose information only to:

• Business Users, as described in Section 3
• Our service providers, including cloud infrastructure providers, AI and voice-processing vendors, payment processors, and communication service providers, each bound by contractual data protection obligations
• Governmental, judicial, or regulatory authorities, where required by applicable law or legal process
• A successor entity, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy continuing to apply

5. Payments

All payments on the Platform are processed through Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. We do not store your full card details, UPI PIN, or net banking credentials. We retain only transaction records necessary for billing and accounting purposes.

6. Data Retention

• Active accounts: retained for as long as your account remains active
• Ayla recordings and transcripts: retained for 12 months from the date of the session, after which they are deleted or anonymized, unless required for an active dispute or legal obligation
• Inactive profiles: if you do not log in for 12 months, we may anonymize or delete your profile after notifying you via email
• Invoices and financial records: retained as required under Indian tax law

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by writing to privacy@withrovrr.com, subject to our legal retention obligations.

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and understand Platform usage. You may control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect Platform functionality.

8. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is entirely secure. We will notify you and relevant authorities of any data breach affecting your personal information, as required under applicable law.

9. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, withdraw consent for processing, request a copy of your data in a portable format, and lodge a complaint with the relevant authority. The Platform is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors and will delete such information promptly if discovered.
